But are you sure you can put your faith in him?
Does Freedom Mentor really work?
There are a lot of scams out there… is Phil Putejovsky's Freedom Mentor Apprentice program just another one?
What is the price tag for his apprentice program? Read below to find out everything you need to know before you get started…
Freedom Mentor Apprentice: How It Is Different From Traditional Real Estate
Phil Pustejovsky states that the sole distinction between successful real estate investors and others who barely get by is that the former have access to either a mentoring program or the right mentor. In other words, you can't expect to read a bunch of the best real estate books and become a successful real estate investor.
He continues by saying that he was first unsuccessful in the real estate industry. The situation deteriorated to the point where he had to live in his truck on the streets of Nashville, Tennessee. Where did the change come from? Looking at his past, it's a mystery how Phil was able to afford an oceanfront mansion on the coast of Florida. Let's take a deeper dive…
How Phil Became Successful
Phil says that all his personal success, both as a real estate agent, was because of a special relationship with a real estate mentor. He claims successful real estate investing requires a real estate mentor and works best when they have aligned interests… meaning the teacher succeeds when the student succeeds. When I had no idea what I was doing, he offered me a hand up and taught me everything I needed to know and what actions to take.
“Since I had already achieved my financial objectives while working with my real estate coach, I decided to start coaching others. Thus, Freedom Mentor was created. Over the past decade, we've helped folks from so many different backgrounds achieve success in the real estate investing world.”
From elite athletes to stay-at-home parents, from doctors to waiters, engineers to chefs, Phil says that his Freedom Mentor team has helped more individuals become successful real estate entrepreneurs than any other property investment training system in history. It's not just Phil's word for it; he quotes other investors as saying, “We have been recognized as the greatest real estate coaching business ever.”
Phil Pustejovsky Is a House Flipper
So, you're not here to figure out if Phil flips houses… you want to know if you should join his program. Here are some of the benefits, as listed on Phil's site:
- Master a flexible and high-paying skill that will allow you to live your life on your own terms.
- You can get by with just a phone, computer, and printer.
- This investment in your future will continue to pay dividends for as long as you use the knowledge you've gained.

- Improvements in your self-esteem, financial abundance, and genuine independence in your day-to-day life.
- Improvements in your self-esteem, financial abundance, and genuine independence in your day-to-day life.
Phil states you'd be a great addition to the team if you're open to feedback, quick to take initiative, honest, committed, and optimistic.
Will Phil Help You Become a Real Estate Investor?
If you accept his offer and decide to dive in with the Freedom Mentor team, Phil claims he will share all of his knowledge about the real estate industry and real estate investments with you.
Of course, after gaining this knowledge, you would need to put it into practice. The only drawback of Phil's deal is that he takes half of your earnings from the first real estate transactions you process. This is a rather daring profit arrangement… and one that's extremely unique.
That would be fine with me if the mentorship was provided at no cost to me, but that's not the case.
How Much Does the Freedom Mentor Program Cost
Your upfront investment is $3,000 to work with his team. Recurring monthly payments are $197. This means you're paying AGAIN with a big chunk of the money you're now working your ass off to earn.
Therefore, you are already compensating Phil for the privilege of working your ass off on his behalf. And now we begin to understand how he can afford his Florida dream home on the sea.
In my opinion… Phil's offer seems too greedy. It's either you pay for coaching and retain all the profit from following the system, OR his team coaches you, gives advice, helps you get more deals, and then you split the profit 50/50. He can't have it both ways (I mean I guess he can but it doesn't seem like a good deal to me).

Real Estate Investing Education?
Phil is the real deal, he's a best selling author (you can get a free copy of his book or the audible audio version on his website) with many fans who went from being homeless to owning a waterfront mansion in a relatively short time. He does provide great content for anyone interested in a real estate investing education, who is looking for a real estate mentor.
The market is too competitive now, in my opinion. Especially considering the thousands of pupils being taught by each guru and marketer of courses and their individual methods.
